Tuesday, September 18th - The Western Edge of the Tahoe Rim Trail
The "Mighty Eighteen" are now in their 11th day of the inaugural Tahoe Rim Trail hike. With over 100 miles behind them this hearty group will complete the trail on Saturday, September 22nd. Team member Evelyn Berg reported in today from the top of Dick's Pass that all is well and that she can see Susie & Half Moon Lakes from her position. After a further 6 mile downhill hike the group will camp near the middle Velma Lake this evening.
